The government plan to tax us off the roads, motorists just want bigger and wider motorways but transport experts say that none of this will help. Enter Kris Murrin, professional problem solver and founder member of “What If”, the worlds leading creative consultancy. She believes that if we could change people’s behaviour and show motorists there is another way then we could get the country moving again.
